Use this Hints & Tips document to help you get started: https://bit.ly/2KG02NE It is important for ease of use that you read the instructions on setting up Metrifit as an icon on the home screen of your mobile phone. You can also access Metrifit from your PC/laptop or tablet. When you login you will be able to access additional help information and a FAQ section which you should read before you start using. What is required:- Optimum use of Metrifit takes up very little time but you do have to put some effort in initially to develop the habit of logging. You should:- (1) Log your daily well-being questionnaire everyday (2) Log your training and match activity and report how intensive it was by recording your RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion). When used correctly this simple method of recording your training effort has been proven in research to be a reliable method of keeping track of training load and helps coaches balance this as required.
